I went away this past weekend to New Jersey for a 3-day convention. I started doing really well with my diet & i was working out everyday(except Sunday) & then, im not sure what happened, but Saturday night i had chinese food, then Sunday i had McD's. I ate 2 cheese burgers, 1 small fries, 1 4-piece chicken mcnuggets & a parfait(which was disgusting by the way). It was horrible & i feel nasty today. The 3lbs i lost last week before leaving on Thursday, i probably gained right back. Oh well, there's no point dwelling on that right? I just gotta get back to work.
Does anyone have any weight loss tips? I'm really trying. I would like to lose at least 30lbs by the end of the summer. im already down to 7lbs(well, at least i was last week lol) I workout at least 3 to 4 times/week. I really hate working out, but i know that its the only way for me to get healthy. Anyways, if you have any weight loss tips, please share & no crazy, drastic ideas. I tried Atkins, as i said below & im not interested in doing anything crazy.
